En resumen

Taca Taca es gratis, no tiene anuncios ni compras, no te pide una cuenta y funciona sin conexión. Puedes jugar todo lo que quieras. Lo que no puedes es venderlo, hacerlo pasar por tuyo ni desmontarlo para sacarle las piezas.

Quién está detrás

Taca Taca lo desarrolla MyComuApp, desde Valparaíso, Chile. Para cualquier consulta sobre estos términos: contacto@mycomuapp.com.

Lo que puedes hacer

Se te concede una licencia personal, gratuita y revocable para instalar y usar Taca Taca en los dispositivos que quieras, para tu propio entretenimiento.

Puedes grabar tus partidas, publicar capturas o vídeos y compartir las repeticiones que genera el juego, incluso en canales donde ganes dinero. No hace falta pedir permiso.

Lo que no

• Vender el juego, cobrar por él o distribuirlo modificado.
• Presentarlo como tuyo o quitarle las marcas y créditos.
• Descompilarlo o extraer sus recursos —gráficos, sonidos, código— para usarlos en otra parte, salvo en la medida en que la ley te lo permita expresamente.
• Hacer trampa en la tabla mundial modificando el juego o los datos que envía.

De quién es cada cosa

El juego, su nombre, su logotipo, sus gráficos y sus sonidos son de MyComuApp. Las capturas y los logotipos que se ofrecen en el kit de prensa se pueden usar para hablar del juego, con las condiciones que esa página indica.

Google Play y el logotipo de Google Play son marcas registradas de Google LLC. Los nombres de las selecciones y sus colores se usan de forma descriptiva y no implican ningún vínculo.

La tabla mundial

Entrar en el ranking es opcional y depende de que inicies sesión en Google Play Juegos. Nos reservamos el derecho de retirar de la tabla publicada en esta web las marcas obtenidas haciendo trampa y los nombres de jugador ofensivos. Qué se publica de cada jugador está detallado en la política de privacidad.

Qué no se promete

El juego se ofrece tal como está. Se cuida, se corrige y se actualiza, pero no se garantiza que esté libre de fallos, que funcione en todos los dispositivos ni que siga disponible para siempre.

Tu progreso vive en tu dispositivo. La copia de seguridad en Google Play Juegos la gestiona Google, no nosotros. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te dé la ley como consumidor, que se aplican en todo caso.

Cambios

Estos términos pueden cambiar cuando el juego cambie. La fecha de arriba dice cuándo se tocaron por última vez; si el cambio es importante, se avisará en el juego o en esta web.

Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la ley chilena. Si eres consumidor, esto no te priva de la protección que te den las normas imperativas del país donde vivas.

Taca Taca is free, has no ads and no purchases, does not ask you for an account and works offline. Play as much as you like. What you cannot do is sell it, pass it off as yours, or take it apart for the pieces.

What you may do

You are given a personal, free and revocable licence to install and use Taca Taca on as many devices as you like, for your own entertainment.

You may record your matches, post screenshots or video, and share the replays the game generates, including on channels where you earn money. No need to ask.

What you may not

• Sell the game, charge for it, or distribute it modified.
• Present it as your own or strip its marks and credits.
• Decompile it or extract its assets — art, sound, code — for use elsewhere, except as far as the law expressly allows you to.
• Cheat on the world table by modifying the game or the data it sends.

Who owns what

The game, its name, its logo, its art and its sounds belong to MyComuApp. The screenshots and logos offered in the press kit may be used to write about the game, under the conditions that page sets out.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. National team names and colours are used descriptively and imply no affiliation.

The world table

Joining the ranking is optional and depends on you signing in to Google Play Games. We reserve the right to remove from the table published on this site any score obtained by cheating, and any offensive player name. What gets published about each player is set out in the privacy policy.

What is not promised

The game is offered as it is. It is looked after, fixed and updated, but there is no guarantee that it is free of faults, that it runs on every device, or that it stays available forever.

Your progress lives on your device. The Google Play Games backup is handled by Google, not by us. None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, which apply regardless.

Changes

These terms may change when the game changes. The date above says when they were last touched; if a change matters, it will be announced in the game or on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Chilean law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
