Perdí mi progreso

El progreso se guarda en tu dispositivo. Si desinstalaste el juego o cambiaste de teléfono, lo que te salva es la copia de seguridad de Google Play Juegos: si habías iniciado sesión, tu perfil, tus copas, tu racha y tus estadísticas vuelven solos al instalar de nuevo y entrar con la misma cuenta.

Si nunca iniciaste sesión, esa copia no existe y el progreso no se puede recuperar. Es el precio de un juego que no tiene servidores propios.

No aparezco en el ranking

Para entrar a la tabla mundial hacen falta tres cosas:

• Jugar en Android, que es donde está Google Play Juegos.
• Haber aceptado iniciar sesión en Play Juegos dentro del juego.
• Terminar al menos un partido: el rating se envía al acabar.

La tabla de la web no es instantánea: se actualiza cada cierto tiempo, así que tu marca puede tardar un rato en verse aquí aunque en el juego ya esté.

No puedo iniciar sesión en Play Juegos

• Comprueba que la aplicación Google Play Juegos esté instalada y actualizada.
• Abre Play Juegos por su cuenta una vez y entra con tu cuenta de Google.
• Si tienes varias cuentas, asegúrate de que la activa es la que quieres usar.
• El juego funciona igual sin sesión: solo pierdes ranking, logros y copia de seguridad.

Cambiar el idioma

En Ajustes → Idioma. El juego habla español, inglés, portugués, francés, italiano y alemán, y de fábrica toma el idioma del dispositivo.

El juego va lento o consume batería

En Ajustes puedes apagar las animaciones y la vibración, que es lo que más pesa en equipos antiguos. Cerrar otras aplicaciones en segundo plano también ayuda.

Borrar mis datos

Desinstalar el juego borra todo lo que hay en el dispositivo. Lo que guardaste en Google Play Juegos —puntuación, logros y copia de seguridad— se borra desde la propia aplicación de Play Juegos: perfil, ajustes, eliminar datos del juego.

Avisar de un fallo

Escribe a contacto@mycomuapp.com contando qué hacías cuando pasó. Ayuda mucho incluir:

• Tu modelo de teléfono y la versión de Android.
• La versión del juego, que sale en Acerca de.
• El registro de errores: también en Acerca de, se puede copiar. Guarda los últimos cinco fallos y no se envía a ninguna parte salvo que lo pegues tú.

I lost my progress

Progress lives on your device. If you uninstalled the game or changed phones, what saves you is the Google Play Games backup: if you had signed in, your profile, cups, streak and stats come back on their own when you reinstall and sign in with the same account.

If you never signed in, there is no backup and the progress cannot be recovered. That is the price of a game with no servers of its own.

I am not on the ranking

Three things are needed to reach the world table:

• Play on Android, which is where Google Play Games lives.
• Accept the Play Games sign-in inside the game.
• Finish at least one match: the rating is sent when it ends.

The table on this site is not instant: it refreshes every so often, so your score may take a while to show up here even when the game already has it.

Play Games will not sign me in

• Check that the Google Play Games app is installed and up to date.
• Open Play Games on its own once and sign in with your Google account.
• With several accounts, make sure the active one is the one you want.
• The game works fine signed out: you only lose ranking, achievements and backup.

Changing the language

Under Settings → Language. The game speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian and German, and follows your device language by default.

The game is slow or drains the battery

In Settings you can turn off animations and vibration, which are the heaviest things on older devices. Closing other background apps helps too.

Deleting my data

Uninstalling the game removes everything held on the device. What you stored in Google Play Games — score, achievements and backup — is deleted from the Play Games app itself: profile, settings, delete game data.

Reporting a bug

Write to contacto@mycomuapp.com and say what you were doing when it happened. It helps a lot to include:

• Your phone model and Android version.
• The game version, shown under About.
• The crash log: also under About, and copyable. It keeps the last five errors and is never sent anywhere unless you paste it yourself.
